hadders? do you mean headers? if thats what you mean, well first, you go to presentation. then go to custom image header. upload a picture, and then crop it.
only some kinds of themes you can crop images. like this one. this one is pool.

yes some theme dont have that. when choosing a theme check to see if it says “custom image header.”
